– Order Delivery.

All our orders are delivered via Paquetexpress or Estafeta courier service throughout the Mexican Republic.

Once the purchase is made, the order process can take 48 hours to be processed and the collection and shipment can be made. Once the product has been processed and shipped, you will be notified by email or through our social networks of the status of the order and you will be provided with the guide with which you can track it. Delivery can take up to 7 business days to be made, if no one is found at the address, the courier will attempt to make the delivery later and up to 3 more times. If you do not receive the merchandise within this time, it is necessary to contact the courier.

Please note that fragile products may be subject to collateral damage from the couriers due to the distances they travel and their route. As long as Dulce Alcance properly packages the products, no type of claim and/or refund will be accepted.

THE CLIENT declares:

FIRST – OBJECT

Supermercado Dulce Alcance sells with reservation of title and THE CUSTOMER purchases, the articles that are promoted through the Internet page, which are fully identified in the purchase order, which is attached to this contract, by means of the respective product code, hereinafter "THE MERCHANDISE".

SECOND – VALIDITY

The validity of this contract begins on the date of acceptance and is limited to the fulfillment of the obligations contained herein. The non-compliance of any of the obligations stipulated in this document will entitle the affected party, at its discretion, to demand its forced fulfillment or to terminate it by simple written notification, being able to claim in both cases the payment of the damages caused.

THIRD – PRICE

The price of the MERCHANDISE will be the one included in the respective purchase order, which includes taxes, unless otherwise specified.

FOURTH – DELIVERY TIME OF MERCHANDISE

Domestic delivery time of 4 to 7 business days from shipping. (from when the package is scanned by the courier)

SIXTH – ONLINE PAYMENT

Online Payment is a 100% secure and confidential operation carried out over the Internet for orders placed on the Dulce Alcance website, by automatically charging the purchase to THE CUSTOMER's credit card, with prior authorization from the CUSTOMER. Orders must be prepared and completed by Dulce Alcance within a time limit of 48 hours, followed by shipping.

The System automatically fulfills the order, Dulce Alcance protects THE CUSTOMER's information. You should also know that Dulce Alcance does not use the information you provide, that is, once THE CUSTOMER enters their data, no one has access to it for operations other than the purchase itself. This strategy, together with the SSL system, aims to provide THE CUSTOMER with great security that eliminates their concern about the operations THE CUSTOMER makes when purchasing online. THE CUSTOMER pays online by accessing the Internet Page (www.dulcealcance.com) from their PC to place their order in the System. THE CUSTOMER will choose their Payment Method, register their Credit Card number (or Debit Cards) and the expiration date of the same. They will press "Pay Now" to confirm the order, The System will send the operation for approval, if the purchase was accepted it will show the corresponding order number, so you should write down or save the generated order number for any clarification. In the parcel service assigned to you, we handle Paquetexpress, Estafeta and FedEx.

SEVENTH – AUTHORIZED DELIVERY CONDITIONS

EIGHTH - AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES

In the event that the item(s) requested by THE CUSTOMER are not in stock, the next date of receipt of the product for disposal will be sent to THE CUSTOMER via email or WhatsApp or a product change will be requested.

NINTH – SHIPPING COSTS

1- Shipping costs for the rest of the Mexican Republic will have an initial cost of $160.00 MXN covering a weight of 1-10kg and will increase according to the quantity and weight of the products themselves. The shipping cost will be displayed before completing the purchase.
